Report service terms

Reports are manually researched and prepared by Aloo Motors. Delivery is within one business day after successful payment and a completed questionnaire, excluding weekends and holidays. The $49 service includes a 20-minute consultation arranged by mutual agreement after the report is ready.

All sales final. The $29 Before You Sign review, $19 personalized report and $49 report with consultation are non-refundable once payment is completed, including changes of mind, cancellations or deciding not to buy a vehicle. This policy applies to new orders under these terms and does not change terms previously accepted. Refunds required by applicable law remain available. Contact us about errors, duplicate charges or a service we fail to provide; this policy does not limit your statutory rights.
