Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, email, optional phone number, vehicle preferences or vehicle details, message, request type, and submission date. Consultation requests also include your preferred date, time, and meeting format. Deposit agreements additionally store your typed electronic signature, any optional signature drawing, consent acknowledgments, vehicle of interest, the agreement text and version, deposit amount, and signing timestamp.
How we use it
Aloo Motors uses this information to review your request, contact you about it, and manage follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not authorize unrelated marketing. When an email sending service is connected, the team receives a short notification with a record reference and a dashboard link; customer details and signatures are not included in those alerts. We also use Brevo to send a brief acknowledgment to the email address you provide; it includes a reference and next steps, without your submitted financial details or signature. Form responses are saved in the website’s database and available to the authorized owner through the dashboard.
CARS Act signed documents
When you sign a CARS Act document, we store your name, email, phone, vehicle information, typed electronic signature, exact document text and version, consent record and signing timestamp. Dealer-prepared disclosures also contain dealer information, VIN, transaction price, execution date, return deadline and fee method. Private preparation records are encrypted; private signing links expire after seven days. Signed PDFs are sent through Brevo to docs@aloomotors.com, sales@aloomotors.com and the customer email specified for that document. Email acceptance is tracked separately from saving the signed record; inbox delivery is not guaranteed. Only the authorized owner can view stored signed records in the dashboard. Anyone holding a private signing link can view its unsigned disclosure until it expires, so keep that link private. Contact sales@aloomotors.com to request copies or corrections. Signing does not authorize unrelated marketing.
Hosting and access
This website runs on Sites infrastructure backed by Cloudflare. The hosting platform processes requests and may maintain service logs needed to operate and secure the website. The owner dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in and restricts access to the authorized owner account.
Credit applications and supporting documents
Our dedicated credit application collects each applicant’s contact details, date of birth, Social Security number, address and housing history, employment and income information, vehicle preferences, typed electronic signature, credit authorization, electronic-record consent, and joint-application intent when applicable. Each joint applicant must personally authorize and sign their own section. Supporting documents may include identification, proof of income, and proof of address. Do not enter these details in ordinary inquiry forms.
Application records, document metadata, and files are encrypted before being stored. Only the authorized owner can access the application inbox. A combined PDF and original document archive are delivered through Brevo to docs@aloomotors.com as attachments that open without a password. The main PDF includes the application and all uploaded documents, so no dashboard sign-in is needed to read the attachments. A QR code in the email optionally opens an owner-authenticated record. We also send a branded receipt confirmation to the primary applicant’s supplied email address, including their customer ID and next steps, without financial details or supporting documents. The applicant may download their PDF using their temporary private session. Phone-upload links contain an upload-only capability in the URL fragment, expire after 24 hours, and close when submitted. Unsubmitted expired drafts are removed during subsequent session cleanup. Submitted records are retained as described below.
We use credit applications to assist with requested financing or leasing and may share authorized application information with prospective finance or leasing sources. The website does not automatically request credit reports or make credit decisions. Lender decisions and additional requirements are separate.
Sensitive information in other forms
Do not submit Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, bank account details, or credit documents through ordinary inquiry forms. Never email unprotected identity or financial documents. External financing or payment providers have their own privacy notices and terms.
Cookies and analytics
This build does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Platform authentication may use cookies needed for sign-in and access. The consultation page embeds Google Calendar for appointment booking. Loading or using that calendar sends your request to Google; information you submit there is processed under Google’s privacy policy. Booked appointments and confirmation emails are handled by Google. External links may lead to websites that use their own cookies.
Security and abuse prevention
Public inquiry and deposit-agreement forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Loading the verification widget sends device, browser, network, and interaction information to Google for abuse prevention. Our server verifies the challenge response with Google before accepting a submission. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Uploads are restricted to the owner. Unpublished vehicle photos and signed deposit agreements require authorized owner access. Forms use a short-lived request counter based on a hashed network identifier or email address to limit repeated submissions; raw network addresses are not stored in that counter.
Sale, sharing, and advertising
This website does not include advertising pixels or tools that sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Providing information to a service provider to handle your request is different from sharing for that advertising purpose. Visit Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information to learn about your choices or contact us with an opt-out request.
Phone and AI receptionist
Calls to our business number may be answered by our Quo AI receptionist. Quo processes your caller information and conversation to answer questions, take a message, and provide the team with a call summary. Please avoid providing sensitive identity or financial information. You may ask to leave a message for a person. Recording, transcription, and any required consent notices depend on the phone service’s settings and applicable law.
Retention
We retain inquiry and transaction records as needed to respond, administer services, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the record and purpose. Contact us to request deletion; records needed for legal or transaction requirements may be retained.
Your choices and California rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or know about personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. We may need information reasonably necessary to locate your record or verify an access, correction, or deletion request. An opt-out request does not require an account or identity documents. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf.

Updates and external services
We may update this policy when our practices change and will revise the effective date. Google Calendar, Quo, and other external services have their own privacy notices. This policy includes the live credit application and supporting-document uploads.
